Applications
1.) Metallurgy: For anneal protection, agglomeration protection,
nitrogenizing, furnace washing and blowing, etc. Used in fields

semiconductor, etc.
2.) Chemical and new material industries: For chemical material
gas, pipeline blowing, gas replacement, gas protection, product
